ASI is seeking an experienced aircraft maintenance manager with excellent working knowledge of aircraft logs and records to serve as a product implementation specialist. This position is a contract (1 year) located in Namest nad Oslavouin the Czech Republic.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as on-site, customer support representative, to facilitate customer’s successful integration of software solution into daily business processes
• Share information/feedback from customer with Product Implementation Team Manager pursuant to product enhancement and refinement of product vision and development strategy
• Ensure relevant training is provided to customer
• Establish and maintain positive, professional working relationship with clients with primary focus on key stakeholders and decision makers
• Provide daily on-site customer support in leveraging the ASI aviation maintenance planning and management software solution in support of a fleet of Rotary Wing aircraft
• Set and manage client expectations through project work plans and effective communication
• Lead/facilitate meetings with internal team and client stakeholders
• Provide daily management and oversight of assigned client implementation projects

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience managing team member assignments
• 5 years of experience in aviation related area as an individual contributor
• Bachelor’s degree
  • Associates Degree and 5 years of experience as aviation maintenance manager or supervisor may be substituted for Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of aviation maintenance admin and aircraft logbooks
• Associates Degree and 5 years of experience as aviation maintenance manager or supervisor may be substituted for Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in a customer facing role providing product and/or services support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree
• Experience working with/implementing enterprise asset management systems

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be qualified to obtain a Secret Clearance
