IT Implementation Specialist

The IT implementation specialist is at the core of SoundCom’s Nurse Call product line and Healthcare market. As technological invoation continues to shape the market place, the need for capable IT Specialists continues to grow. In order to support new products in an ever expanding and demanding healthcare industry, the IT Implementation Specalist is the “tip of the spear“ for SoundCom and its Healthcare business strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose connection problems between company provided software and other systems, articulate problems and define solutions for management, sales, operations.
• Install applications required and complete integrations with ancillary systems.
• Function as a technical expert to design technical solutions based on customer’s business requirements aligned with system capabilities.
• Provide sales support to understand customer needs; design software/IT solutions accordingly; and communicate solutions, functionality and associated costs to customer and sales.
• Prepare specifications for servers, PCs and other equipment for customer provided systems, review for compliance and support company and/or customer teams during installation.

• Provide 24/7 internal network and servers support as part of small team.

• Learn new technologies and pass on the education to rest of the team.
• Participate in management meetings to discuss the pipeline of existing and upcoming projects to make sure we are on time with completion of those projects.
• Provide remote assistance to field technicians via phone, email
• Work with sales team to address customer needs.
• Manage programming databases for all customers.
• Instal, configure, program the Rauland Borg Responder 5 Nurse call system.
• Provide troubleshooting for Rauland Borg Responder 5 Nurse call software system.
