Product Implementation Manager Jobs

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience as billing manager in skilled nursing facility or long term care corporate office.

Provide project management expertise and customer account representation as the implementation progresses.

5 or more years’ experience in skilled nursing care setting, preferably in multi-facility chain.

Working knowledge of manual and electronic long skilled nursing billing practices and procedures.

Detail OrientedThe successful candidate must have long term care industry knowledge and experience. Software implementation and set-up experience a plus.

May serve as pre-sales consultant to ensure an appropriate level of installation and training requirements are communicated to the customer.

Experience in project management and facilitating change management

Perform quality control in post mortem and work to continuously improve our internal project management plans for future projects

Excellent communication and organizational skills (how you write your resume and approach us is a good litmus test)

Experience with data analysis & visualization tools (e.g Tableau, Power BI)

Experience working on healthcare products or within hospitals

Experience working with data or analytics products

Liaise with sales and end users to define product requirements, and support the sales process, including:

Maintain good knowledge of current market developments, including regulations.

Develop an understanding of existing TP ICAP Data & Analytics processes and the under pinning modelling and assumptions

Analyse new data products and including quantitative techniques required to price new datasets

Develop ability to support and enhance processes technically. Develop models utilising internal applications (etc Tailor/Axiom) and external software/applications (e.g. excel)

Design both automated and ad-hoc end of day reports that can be commercialised using systems such as Alteryx,

5+ years of relevant experience (Program management, software implementation, operations, regulatory compliance, or similar fields)

Developing standardized collateral on *** policy product offerings that can be shared with governments in the process of creating enforcement systems

Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize work dealing with multiple stakeholders with competing interests

Experience with Salesforce, Asana and Jira is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Share information/feedback from customer with Product Implementation Team Manager pursuant to product enhancement and refinement of product vision and development strategy

5 years of experience in aviation related area as an individual contributor

Provide real-time project milestone task status data entry into project management system, Microsoft Dynamics, for project status and reporting/metric purposes.

Bachelor’s Degree and/or requires +1 years professional experience with project management of some scale.

Educate internal and external parties on project requirements, process expectations, product requirements, and timelines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to apply critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Requires some level of managerial support and data/reporting prompting for day-to-day implementation project progress.

5+ years of Implementation experience

3+ years demonstrating strong analytical and problem solving skills

Experience collaborating with technical teams to implement software solutions

Experience in the healthcare payer, provider, or similar industry

Experience using BigQuery or SQL

Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Data Science, Sales, and external partners to ensure that client needs are scoped and designed.

Healthcare, payment or project management experience preferred

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Collaborate with Business Development, Contracting, Product Management and Technical Operations departments in support of enterprise implementations

Assist the Business Development and Account Management teams in identifying and executing on revenue growth opportunities

Manage customer implementation projects in an effective and expedient manner to ensure quality implementations for J.P. Morgan customers

Monitor enterprise implementation activities to ensure a positive customer experience and full utilization of the InstaMed solutions
