Procurement Data Associate Jobs

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a result of the growth in demand for our expertise across the firm, BCG is looking for outstanding individuals who can join us to work on major procurement projects. We are looking for individuals who have the potential to progress to leadership roles within our firm. Key skills include the ability to effectively carry out research, analyse and solve complex analytical problems, work closely with others, lead and persuade others and implement effective solutions.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• Research for various RFP, RFQ and RFI requirements
• Analyze vendor spend data from over 80 offices by using a combination of Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel to conduct opportunity analyses on industries and BCG vendor categories and subcategories
• Perform Contract and Supporting document input to the team's contracts management database

• Report creation for distribution to Senior Management
• Run comprehensive screenings of anti-bribery and corruption vendors in high risk countries to address potential vendor risk
• Creation of BCG style PowerPoint presentations for various procurement meetings
• Review procurement processes/practices for potential improvement
• Perform ongoing risk classification of vendors

• Conduct other ad hoc analyses as needed
• Analyzing corporate card spend

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Comfortable and resourceful in conducting research and analysis

• Some analytic skills (quantitative and qualitative)
• Prior work, internship or co-op experience in a progressive corporate environment
• Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Excel with ability to design and maintain spreadsheets

YOU'LL WORK WITH

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
