THE ROLE: PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a Procurement Associate for our Packaging Team who will manage the day-to - day packaging operations, issues, and communications with business partners and cross-functional teams. In addition, you will own administrative duties such as gathering data and putting reports together for analysis. This position will report into the Senior Packaging Procurement Manager and will work closely with our Suppliers as well as our Planning, Procurement/Sourcing, Quality, and Packaging Engineering teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to our culture and make life at Camp OLLY better for us all!
• Help research and provide explanations on financial cost variance monthly
• Support data gathering and report assembly such as KPI and Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
• Own packaging supplier relations/communications and resolve issues
• Manage capacity, production planning as well as some cost negotiation

THE CANDIDATE

You excel at analyzing large amounts of data with a knack for putting together easy to read reports. You have a baseline knowledge of Supply Chain and Sourcing with a thirst to learn more. You know how to get things done and ask for help when you need it. You are proactive, highly organized, self-driven and stay calm under pressure.

CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED

• Thrive on ambiguity with ability to problem solve in a fast-paced production environment
• A fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities and has an aptitude for collaboration
• Excellent communication and organization skills; must be able to tactfully accept and resolve challenges from multiple internal and external touchpoints
• 1-3 years of relevant experience supporting Operations function in Supply Chain and Procurement/Sourcing
• Proficient in Excel and converting large amount of data into digestible reports

What To Expect During The Interview Process

• Round 1: Conversation with the Hiring Manager + 1-2 conversations with other Ollies on the team
• Round 2: 2-3 conversations with team or cross functional Ollies
• At OLLY, our final round is called Homework. Candidates who participate in this round are given 3 questions in advance to answer and present to the interview panel they previously spoke with in the process. We understand every candidate is different. THE DETAILS

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA – priority will be given to local candidates

HOURS: Full time, Non-exempt

MANAGER: Senior Procurement Manager

The pay range for this position is $31.75-38.00 per hour dependent on experience. This position is bonus eligible and Long-Term Incentive eligible.
