Responsibilities
Dive into our ConnectWise CRM software to create amazing opportunities for our clients.
Showcase your creativity and attention to detail by preparing compelling proposals using Quosal quoting software.
Collaborate closely with clients and our engineering team to understand their requirements and recommend the best products, focusing on popular laptop models such as Dell, Lenovo, and Mac.
Utilize your knack for finding the best deals by selecting reliable vendors based on price and availability.
Keep the communication flowing smoothly with clients, promptly addressing their questions and providing exceptional service.
Stand out from the competition by winning quotes in Quosal and seamlessly transferring the information to ConnectWise.
Put your organizational skills to work by handling purchase orders in ConnectWise, ensuring a seamless procurement process.
Transform opportunities into sales orders for invoicing in ConnectWise, and if necessary, convert them into service or project tickets for smooth installations.
Requirements
Essential Technical Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated understanding of computer technology specifications, including CPU, RAM, disk, and GPU components.
Previous experience in purchasing technology equipment.
General financial acumen, with an understanding of margins and pricing strategies.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, always going above and beyond for clients.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects with different timelines and priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster effective collaboration.
