Job Description

Client Advisor, Madison Avenue.


Overview: Under the leadership and guidance of Management, the Client Advisor is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing clients with product knowledge, informing clients of new arrivals and working as part of a team to meet individual, boutique and brand objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on all client issues such as shipment orders and consignment
  • Check emails and send out client agreement forms
  • Expert in product information & understanding the features and benefits of our brand
  • Demonstrate knowledge of product and utilizes this knowledge to build sales
  • Deliver a pleasant customer experience with each customer interaction
  • Exceeding and maintaining sales goals set by management team
  • Working with fellow associates as a team in order to complete tasks and achieve goals
  • Outreach to clients events such as sale, fashions night out and special in store events
  • Commitment to building customer relationships and loyalty through personal interaction and the maintenance of a client file
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Maintaining an organized inventory and assisting manager with daily boutique operations
  • Ability to handle large sums of money, deposits and all cash desk operations

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven leader; consistently a top seller with a desire to grow
  • Ideal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company or luxury business.
  • Proactively contributes to creating a team atmosphere that is professional, flexible and enjoyable
  • 6 + years of experience in Sales or similar role
  • Ability to handle large sums of money, deposits and all cash desk operations
  • Strong follow up, follow through and attention to detail to ensure deadlines are met
  • Grasps new concepts quickly, prioritizes efficiently and is organized
  • Employee must be comfortable with physical elements of the job, including (but not limited to) carrying boxes, standing (ability to stay on feet), and using a step ladder. All extremities of the body related to these requirements must be usable. Certainly the time frame and weight may vary, but those who are applicable for this job should be comfortable with 10 pounds and increments standing for 2 hours at a time.
  • Additional language fluency is a plus
  • Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility
  • Attention to detail accompanied by a strong understanding of the importance to protect the Christian Louboutin business strategies and plans
  • Exceptional customer service skills along with transparent and effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems/programs
  • Ability to communicate (both written and oral) effectively with clients, coworkers and management; follows professional presentation
  • Versatile; embraces change and is consistently able to develop and adapt to the needs of the business.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business; could include overnight, evening, weekend, holiday and call in shifts
  • Exudes a “no task is too big or too small” attitude, with initiative, commitment, reliability, and positivity. Does not accept mediocrity.
  • Adheres to company policy and confidentiality

In accordance with the New York City Commission on Human Rights and in compliance with the Salary Transparency Law, Christian Louboutin envisions the general compensation range for this position to be $55,000 - $60,000 per YEAR. *This range is NOT inclusive of other forms of compensation or benefits such as commissions, overtime, discretionary bonus, health insurance, retirement savings or paid leaves of absence. Such details will be further communicated during the interview process and/or at the time of an official offer of employment.
