Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments that are relevant to PostCredit’s business
  • Play a strategic advisory role throughout the development of ideas and initiatives with a focus on product development, go to market and regulatory
  • Manage external counsel relationships and projects
  • Draft and review all agreements including financing agreements, security agreements, etc.
  • Drive the development of compliance strategies and processes to achieve company goals and targets while balancing risk management needs
  • Proactively conduct legal research across regulatory issues


Job Requirements

Prior in-house experience

  • Must be able to practice in California
  • 3-5 years of experience in a large law firm
  • Experience with contract drafting and interpretation, business disputes, and compliance.
  • Experience representing clients in the Entertainment industry
