Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

Strong communication and collaboration skills

6+ years experience, firm and in-house

Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and other statutes

Ensure company-wide compliance with GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, LGPD, and more

Work with product teams on licensing matters, regulatory issues, etc.

2 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.

2 years of experience with performance, large scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, and/or debugging.

Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.

· Associate degree in Law or related field, or a Paralegal certification or equivalent experience

· Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

· Resolve routine compliance, privacy or legal response issues under the direction of the Team Manager.

· 2+ years experience in law enforcement, law firm or corporate law department

· Strong analytical skills in order to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience translating privacy-legal requirements into actionable compliance steps

Manage the data subject privacy request process, including, the development and implementation of metrics/reporting

Ensure all business processes reflect privacy requirements and comply with laws and regulations.

3-5 years of experience working in the privacy space

Experience with privacy impact assessments

Ability to assimilate new knowledge quickly

•Self-motivated with demonstrated, effective project management skills

•Good working knowledge of the managed care industry

The Manager, Privacy will support the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the Enterprise-wide Privacy Program:

•Strong analytical and research skills, able to synthesize information to provide practical solutions to accomplish meaningful results

•Excellent oral and written communication skills

•Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Oversee audit management, working with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with privacy and data governance requirements

Facilitate response activities, including digital and network forensics, incident management, and communication, and fulfill federal reporting requirements

Experience with cybersecurity tools and techniques, including risk assessments, audit management, and continuous monitoring

Provide privacy expertise in the management of cybersecurity tools

Conduct privacy and security risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies

Enhance cyber defense and detection capabilities with a focus on privacy protection

Eight years of relevant experience working in health care privacy

Certification in Health Care Privacy, Information Privacy, or Healthcare Compliance (CHPC, CIPP/US, CIPM, CHC, or equivalent) strongly preferred

Leads an organization-wide HIPAA Steering Committee.

Performs information privacy risk assessments and conducts related ongoing privacy compliance monitoring activities.

Ensures the organization has and maintains compliant privacy and confidentiality consents, authorization forms, information notices and other materials.

Provides and/or directs privacy training for employees, volunteers, contractors, business associates and others.

2 years of experience in a privacy or information security -related role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage a significant volume of inquiries in a timely manner

Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

CIPP, CIPM or similar certification
