Overview
The Premium Administrator will provide administrative support to the Director and Manager of Premium Services. Administrative duties may include, but are not limited to, assisting with payroll, handling catering inquiries, BOE distrubution, and other clerical duties.
It is critical that the Premium Administrator have the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks, and willingly assist OVG staff where needed. In light of the sometimes seasonal and event-driven nature of our business, the successful incumbent will have the ability to focus on and prioritize the administrative duties that are most critical and time-sensitive. This position requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $20.00 to $25.00.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain proper staffing for event schedules
• Maintain tip pool and distribution
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff with a friendly, courteous demeanor
• Ensure that food orders are processed and on time for the events
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
• Ensure that timekeeping is current
• Communicate and coordinate with third party vendors and external suppliers to ensure the inventory is stocked
• Respond to the needs of clients and customers in a timely manner
• Administrative support for the premium department

Qualifications

• Prior experience in premium services, suites, catering, or other relevant position in the hospitality or food service experience industry
• Excellent communication skills and effective problem-solving skills
• Organized and punctual
• High school diploma is required
