This position is a part-time opportunity to support our CEO with administrative duties.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage agendas, travel, appointments, etc. for upper management
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
- Create and update records and databases
- Must be willing to work on site at College Park/Gaithersburg office.
