Job Description
This position is a part-time opportunity to support our CEO with administrative duties.


Responsibilities


  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Create and update records and databases
  • Manage agendas, travel, appointments, etc. for upper management
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations


Requirements
