Become part of the transportation revolution! zTrip is the largest taxi operation in the United States. zTrip is looking for a Part Time ADMIN / RECRUITER to join our Baltimore, MD team.
The ADMIN / RECRUITER is responsible for conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods, to filter and onboard candidates, to assist them in becoming fully integrated ICDs. The recruiting manager is responsible for working with the new drivers to resolve any issues that may arise and cause the driver to stop leasing a goods and services. This includes daily follow up to each rookie driver and answering calls/texts from the drivers to help troubleshoot any problems.
Essential Functions Of a Part Time ADMIN

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Onboard new drivers in order to become fully integrated
• Work Job fairs or events to promote the brand
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with professionals, colleges and other partners.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications

Skills For a Part Time ADMIN

• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Strong decision-making skills
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
