Practice Manager - Insights & Data

Sogeti Minnesota is searching for a highly technical data professional to join our leadership team. As a local practice manager of Insights & Data (I&D), you are an expert in Data and Analytics and would be managing a high-performance team of data and analytics professionals. You may lead client data conversations, engagements and provide delivery excellence across I&D portfolio, provide technical and thought leadership, and deliver value to our clients through innovative insights and data solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex and large-scale data and analytics engagements including data and analytics strategy engagements, build and implementation engagements, and run the engagements.
• Play a client-service role for data and analytics engagements by partnering with clients to become a trusted advisor, manage and exceed client expectations, and present findings to clients.
• Be able to assemble the business case for technology engagements.
• Manage and mentor team of data and analytics professionals across data engineering, BI, automation, and data science, involving overseeing the engagements, hiring talent, mentoring, and coaching team.
• Provide direction to team to deliver outputs which provide our clients high quality deliverables with focus on business outcomes and storytelling.
• Own solutioning, client management, delivery of data and analytics projects
• Support in business growth through collaboration with account teams on pre-sales activities through research, solutioning support and providing thought leadership. And working with alliance partners on sell-with opportunities
• Work on ongoing development of data and analytics capabilities across the team, development of new assets, and contribute to GTM solutions for data and analytics.

Qualifications/Experience

• Ability to define business case and high-level architecture for data and analytics solutions, measure and report business outcomes, and do storytelling to executives
• Strong experience across the entire data and analytics lifecycle including data integration, data management, data architecture, data governance, data quality, automation, and data science.
• Strong communication skills with experience and ability in speaking with C-Level executives.
• Expert understanding of the role data plays with modern applications, infrastructure and enterprises.
• Hands-on across data and analytics, and able to coach and mentor team in situations where team requires technical help.
• Significant expertise and industry knowledge in at least one of the silos of Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail or Manufacturing.
• 10+ years of experience in delivering large scale data and analytics or related engagements.
• Ability to interface with client at any level, executive to engineer.
• Strong experience in data and analytics ecosystem across Azure, AWS, Google
