As a Post Production Content Creator / “Maker”, you will be responsible for collaborating with Creatives and Agency teams as you edit quick turn Tik Tok/social deliverables for DLA clients. Each brand will have their own unique delivery requirements and creative aspirations, which you will bring to life utilizing various assets such as video, stills, music and/or PSDs to create unique content for a variety of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, etc.) and online publications. In addition to editorial, you will be tasked with levels mixing, sound design, animating PSDs layers, and basic level VFX and Motion Graphics.
Your skills and expertise will elevate the production while offering creative solutions to the unique challenges each project presents. Working directly with the Account, Production, and Agency creative teams, you will interpret various creative decks and ideas into bite-size social content.
Responsibilities:
- Learn to be a team player who also displays leadership abilities
- Become familiar with various client accounts and brand identities
- Demonstrate a hands-on production mindset by finding practical solutions for projects with limited resources
- Demonstrate technical abilities in Post production and strong understanding of After Effects, Premiere and Final Cut.
- Learn to clearly communicate project issues and creative solutions with Agency teams
- Assess, understand and pitch creative concepts based off of and building on current trends on the TikTok platform.
- Take on ownership of the project in collaboration with the Creative team: ensure the creative vision / execution is consistent throughout the entirety of the Post process.
- Demonstrate cooperation and versatility when responding to a variety of situations
Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively with a great, fast paced, and talented production and creative teams
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage workflow, and set expectations early on in the creative process.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating your diverse skillset and creative sensibility and personal or brand work for TikTok
- Proficiency in post-production software such as Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, its trends, effective messaging, and content creation.
- Innovative and creative thinking, and the ability to react quickly in an evolving production environment
Compensation:
The range for this role is $70-$75K. Pay is dependent upon many factors ranging from experience, training, transferable skills, and business needs. The pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
