Job Description

Purpose: Oversee the training for the PMQA function and align training needs to business and regulatory requirements. Build comprehensive training program for new hires and current employees to ensure they have an effective capability to conduct their roles. Align training development to business based on training needs assessment. Develops and deploys consistent methodologies for training needs assessments, course development and delivery, as well as training program evaluation/effectiveness measurements. Manages training system and requirements to ensure audit readiness.


Responsibilities:

  • Manages the GMP system for training
  • May be responsible for managing a team of Training Specialists
  • Responsible for the PMQA Training Program
  • Responsible for training data system (IsoTrain) administration for PMQA
  • Assess training system - training program needs assessment, course development and delivery and training effectiveness

  • Knowledgeable in Health Care regulatory/compliance requirements
  • 3+ years of Training experience is preferred
  • 6+ years of overall experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
