Basic Function

Management of farm accounts for clients. Other responsibilities include assist in activities including brokerage, appraisal, and department marketing efforts.

Essential Job Duties

• New business development.
• Participate in agricultural and civic organizations supported by First Illinois Ag Group and Hickory Point Bank & Trust.
• Support senior staff with farm management, rural appraisals, and real estate sales and purchases.

Conduct all duties in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Bank policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Accounting, Ag Law, Agronomy, Soil Conservation and Insurance
• General understanding of Midwest Agriculture
• Budgeting
• Personal management
• Negotiating
• Oral and written communication skills
• Decision making

Training And Experience

• B.S. Degree
• On path for completion of AFM and Real Estate Broker License
• Valid driver's license

Conduct all duties in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Bank policies and procedures.

This is a full time, exempt position eligible for a robust benefit package.

The successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background and credit check is required.
