About The Role
The Planner will be a leader in the management of Core Beauty stock. They will plan and forecast for a range of brands and order stock to achieve sales targets. Planner will work closely with partnership managers to ensure healthy stock levels.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide seasonal forecasts to suppliers to optimize sales
• Order and allocate stock to multiple warehouse to ensure appropriate coverage and avoid split shipments
• Ensure high in stock rate while managing EOM stock targets
• Report on aged and slow-moving lines to suggest swap or RTV proposals
• Replenish stock on a weekly basis and chase to ensure appropriate weeks of supply
• Manage and develop Planning Assistant
• Identify best and worst sellers and patterns in popular styles to help plan the range and appropriately allocate budget to new styles
• Forecast sales at SKU level using sales history, lost sales calculations, and future business plans to prepare order quantities and avoid out of stocks

KPI’s

• Forecast accuracy
• Maintenance of correct weeks of supply
• Achieve average of 95% combined availability across brand portfolio
• Maintaining appropriate sales to stock ratio by category

Experience

• Strong analytical skills and ability to demonstrate logical analysis to address business challenges
• Previous experience in working cross functionally with all levels to complete projects
• Flexible and amenable to changes in a fast-pace, high growth environment. Must be able to multi- task while accommodating changing priorities.
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel; SQL knowledge a plus
• 3+ years in planning or forecasting, retail environment a plus
• Ability to filter and prioritize sources of information and identify emerging trends
