Pharmacy Supervisor - Hospital

Assists the Pharmacy Manager, Operations in coordinating daily organizational and operational activities of the pharmacy department to provide for a well-organized and efficiently operating department. This position will also directly supervise Pharmacists and Technicians supporting Central Pharmacy Distribution and will be responsible for scheduling, training, counseling, and evaluating these staff. This position will act as the pharmacist in charge in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager.

Required qualification:

At least one year of hospital pharmacy experience, outside of internship or residency rotations.

Required upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License

Preferred qualification:

Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency.

Supervisory experience.

Experience in Sterile Compounding and USP 797/800
