Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Remote-Virtual

Position Summary:
The Inside Remote Sales Representative (ISR) is a virtual digital remote role. The ISR is responsible for increasing sales in a compliant manner. The ISR does this by engaging health care professionals (HCPs) in telephone conversations and virtual interactions to promote assigned client product(s), maximize the product(s)’ with approved indications.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Maintain call productivity and metrics that are required by program.
  • Fully comply with all laws, regulations and Amplity and Company’s Health Policies, Code of Conduct, all privacy and data guidelines and relevant state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals.
  • Effectively and compliantly communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, proper terminology and approved messaging, and effectively use approved promotional aids.
  • Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations, with the purpose of influencing customers and increasing product sales in a compliant manner.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed, as this is not a comprehensive list.
  • On behalf of Company, promote Company’s Product(s) via remote engagements via telephone or video / audio (outbound calls) by engaging assigned HCP targets in in-depth discussions to attain individual, territory and company goals for sales, market share, etc.
Education and Experience:
  • A minimum of 3+ years or greater pharmaceutical sales experience a plus
  • Successfully meet and complete client training and expectations required
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required
  • A minimum of 1+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience required
  • CNS experience a plus
  • Proof of Covid Vaccine will be required to follow vaccine protocols at all facilities, meetings, and any other functions to which the ISR might attend
  • Willingness to work multiple time zones if needed
  • Willingness to travel to in person training meetings if required
  • Technical aptitude to navigate meeting platforms Zoom, TEAMs, and other remote engagement software required

  • Adept at learning understanding and communicating complex scientific information
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Strong clinical acumen
  • Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
