Job Description

**The purpose of this position is to build up our database with candidates who have a skillset that meet the requirements below for future opportunities**

IQVIA, in partnership with a leading Medical Device Company, is looking for high performing Virtual Sales Representatives with a track record of success to join our team! The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be working with a call list provided by our customer to aid in scheduling virtual calls to meet with physicians and provide education, identify key referral networks and determine where our customer's therapies can assist in providing a comprehensive healthcare solution. The Virtual Sales Representative must use approved tools and resources for product promotion that will be delivered through a 100% virtual platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all sales activities according to Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines, Advamed Policies, and Integrity Policies.
  • Maintain and update current and prospective target Prescriber profiles
  • Determine where therapies can assist in providing a comprehensive healthcare solution.
  • Provide timely updates to Project Manager on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, industry trends, etc.
  • Identify key referral networks for the assigned therapy
  • Compliance with promotional program and lunch and learns for HCPS.
  • Classify customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care.
  • Successfully completes all assigned training for the Virtual Sales Representative role as well as dedicates the necessary time to both retain and build the on foundational product and clinical training
  • Scheduling virtual calls to meet with physicians

Requirements:

  • Preferred Experience:
    • 2 + years of related internships, clinical and/or B2B sales experience
    • Medical device experience
    • Experience selling to cardiology, electrophysiology or PCPs
  • 4 yr. degree from an accredited University required

  • Proficient technical aptitude with computer technology and devices (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM experience, iPad, apps, etc.)

    • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work effectively on various assignments
    • Disciplined self-starter with the ability to work from home and flexibility for field work as required
  • Work a schedule that accommodates potentially different time zones

  • Location: Virtual Sales Representatives will be assigned a call list and will be located within the US. The Virtual Sales Representative may live outside of the designated sales territory but will be required to work the territory time zone.
