The role will have accountability for activities such as:

1.Manager Commercial Analytics

The Analytics Leader drives commercial analytics for key brands and tumors within the US Oncology portfolio. As a valued partner to the business, you will collaborate with marketing & sales stakeholders to identify key business questions and address with innovative, analytical approaches to improve the lives of patients and enhance commercial effectiveness.

Working collaboratively with Insights, Advanced Analytics, Forecasting, Finance, Market Access and Data Management, you will lead the design and delivery of outstanding analysis and synthesis of complex data to derive critical insights into brand performance & underlying drivers to inform commercial strategic decision-making. With your experience managing large-scale datasets and conducting sophisticated quantitative data analysis, you will lead the collection, interpretation and synthesis of a variety of healthcare and performance data by using cutting edge analytical tools and resources to deliver actionable recommendations in support of marketing and customer-facing teams to drive business growth.

2.Manager - Digital Analytics

Provide SME support for large scale client business development and delivery engagements in Digital Anlaytics space for the Life Sciences Industry.

Provide thought leadership in shaping the internal digital capabilities, solutions and platforms.

Play an SME role in shaping our client’s future state Digital Engagement Solutions, Architecture and Program Design.

Drive innovations, support new offering development and commercialization of capabilities tailored for each region in the areas of Digital/AI/Marketing Technology.

Provide direction to offshore resources to develop analytics solutions across numerous data sources; ensure the team delivers solutions with quality standards, timeliness, compliance, and excellent user experience including identifying any data gaps

Work closely with the other advanced analytics team members in the Data Analytics and Insights Group on digital analytic models, customer segmentation recommendations as needed to enhance omni-channel targeting strategy.

3.Manager - Digital Analytics Engagement

Client Management

o Manage communication with client (all levels of org)

o Work in a complex org setup with ability to lead and drive meaningful discussions

o Align with multiple business teams to create future roadmap and delivery plan

o Represent our sponsor's org effectively during discussion with other teams without any oversight

o Lead customer facing workshops

o Oversee design, delivery, and automation of enterprise level advanced omnichannel customer analytics deliverables to support campaign, channel, and content optimizations and marketing executive level presentation

Offshore team management

o Implement the project in agile framework

o Provide direction to offshore resources to develop analytics solutions across numerous data sources; ensure the team delivers solutions with quality standards, timeliness, compliance, and excellent user experience including identifying any data gaps

o Be the liaison between the offshore team (internal) and business (client) during the entire delivery and ensure delivery is in sync with business requirements

o Strong background in data & analytics to build optimal solutions

o Mentor offshore team and provide a clear direction

Analytics

o Perform analytics by aligning the right methodologies solutions to assess digital promotion or tactic performance, analyze customer behavior and customer journey, deep dive in vendors’ analytics and optimization capabilities, conduct content analysis or modeling to optimize customer experience

o Work closely with the other advanced analytics team members in the Data Analytics and Insights Group on digital analytic models, customer segmentation recommendations as needed to enhance omni-channel targeting strategy

4.Pharma Commercial Business Analyst

Responsible for deep engagement with clients in business/functional areas, aligning capabilities to address their needs.

Lead analysis of process development and the review and refinement of existing functional and technical processes; identify workflow improvements and propose solutions for new or existing systems & data by engaging business stakeholders, process leads, and vendors.

Apply an Agile mindset and behavior to effectively collaborate with Product team and business stakeholder(s)

5.Digital Project Manager

You will

- Collaborate with onsite counterparts for solution design and provide inputs on feasibility of implementation.

- Provide functional guidance to multiple implementation teams during various phases of project.

- Help gather business & functional requirements for potential new or expansion opportunities and translate into technical requirements.

- Collaborate with multiple implementation teams to capture effort estimations for qualifying requirements.

- Develop and manage low level project plans by understanding the dependencies and deliverables.

- Identify and manage project dependencies and risks.

- Report project status to stakeholders and participate in status meetings.

- Collaborate with onshore counterparts and offshore technical delivery teams to drive design, development, testing and deployment activities.

- Review quality and accuracy of project deliverables against functional requirements.

- Manage effective & quality documentation across SDLC construct.
