Our Executive Search Practice Team (ESPT) isgrowingandactively hiring recruiters given our business expansion and growing client needs.
We are hybrid (1~2x a week onsite at HQ office) and have associate to manager level positions open!

You will focus on full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition for Confidential Executive or Critical Placements. Placements made are strategically aligned to our clients' confidential business growth imperatives, succession & workforce planning, and organizational change transformations. Additionally, you will be engaged in business development, marketing, and research. Our recruiters also serve as career consultants, helping candidates identify stronger leadership opportunities aligned to professional development goals.
Recruiting Responsibilities:
- Interview candidates and write summary memos / interview reports
- Manage the HRCap ERP Database with candidate resumes and client case data
- Search for best fit candidates based on client job scope and role description
- Support the Team Leads on all HR Consulting, Executive Search, and Client Advisory Projects
- Compile competitive data and marketing materials for client companies to prep candidates
- Research Global Industry & HR Labor Market trends and challenges
- Conduct quality checks for candidate data and report on data inconsistencies/discrepancies
- Sit in to observe/take notes for executive client meetings & executive interviews
- Support the Team Leads on all Business Development and Market Development Initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, creative, curious, and driven to succeed, with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and customer service skills
- Multicultural candidates preferred with strong cultural competency
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) to both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in working in a collaborative team environment
- Proven ability to deliver results by prioritizing multiple cases and managing time efficiently
- Completed Bachelor’s degree required (preferred majors: HR, English, Communications Psychology)
- 1+ years of recruiting, luxury sales, or white-glove customer service experience required
- Strong project management skills, to follow up effectively and handle multiple projects at once
