Personal Injury Case Manager

This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire case process
• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys
• Coordinate with attorneys on settlement strategy and trial preparation
• Conduct intake interviews with potential clients and assess their case
• Obtain and review medical records, bills, and other relevant documents Prepare demand packages and negotiate with insurance adjusters

Qualifications:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of multiple cases
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with case management software preferred (FileVine, etc.)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal injury case management
