We are looking for a self motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager to ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney.

Case Manager Position
We are looking for a case manager to work in our pre-litigation department.
Responsibilities

• Set Up and manage medical treatment with medical providers on a lien
• Prepare demands to insurance companies
• Coordinate property damage inspections with insurance companies
• Negotiate medical liens
• Communicate with client's re: medical treatment and case status
• Manage medical treatment and maximize treatment for policy limits settlement
• Obtain medical records and billings from providers
• Open claims with insurance companies
• Obtain liens from medicare, medical, health insurance companies

Requirements

• Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
• Ability to provide clear communication with clients and manage expectations
• Proficiency in English/Spanish
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
• Ability to analyze and comprehend medical records
• Proven working experience as Legal Assistant, Case Manager or Legal Secretary
• Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
• Computer literacy
• Working knowledge of case management software
