Job Description
:
Phreesia, a leading healthcare technology company, is looking for a Person Centered Care Research Manager. Your role will be to elevate the Phreesia brand through specific focus on packaging the library of research on Phreesia’s Patient Activation Measure to make it accessible to a broader audience. You will have the opportunity to spotlight our industry leadership in bringing the patient’s voice into medicine through SDOH, PROs and our unique surveys platform. You will work directly with Phreesia’s Chief Clinical Officer.

What You'll Do:
  • Support clinical team in proposing and presenting presentations at academic and industry conferences
  • Partner with the Patient surveys team to leverage that platform to produce high quality thought leadership, contributing to background research, survey design and data analysis to ensure insights are building on known evidence. Responsible for writing up survey results in compelling new ways
  • Take primary responsibility for maintaining, presenting and packaging the body of PAM research for various audiences: policy makers, payer, provider, life sciences clients and researchers
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Content, Research, and Marketing teams to produce written product case studies, white papers, briefs, explainers, features, and blog posts to summarize and make accessible PAM research
  • Work closely with SMEs to spotlight Phreesia’s impact from our patient-driven solutions for collecting REL, SOGI, SDOH and PROs, capturing Phreesia’s unique implementation expertise, experience and insights

What You'll Bring:
  • Strong aptitude for translating complex issues so that they are easily understood by non-technical audiences
  • A minimum of 10 of experience in public policy required. Experienced writer, producer with expertise in communicating highly technical, scientific and policy concepts in compelling ways to engage a range of audiences.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies to elevate Phreesia’s brand through significant thought leadership contributions
  • A clear understanding of the healthcare policy space
  • This is a remote role but will require travel for team meetings and occasional policy conferences
  • Bachelor’s and master’s degree required, preferably in public health and health care policy, or related fields
Base pay for US is $108-146k USD, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package.
