Compensation Range: $95,000-$120,000 base + bonus

Location: REMOTE based in the United States
What this job involves The Performance Program Manager has responsibility for our critical account focus areas that include contractual performance management and successful service delivery at sites. This role reports to the Account Director and manages all aspects of account service delivery and is critical to the success of meeting our contractual targets, business operations/analytics obligations, and account growth. This position also owns our client-facing and team-facing communications program, including QBRs, town halls, monthly learning events, etc.
Owner of the KPI process from beginning to end, including setting schedules, management routines, approvals, documentation, and reporting.
Track KPI progress in collaboration with account SMEs.
Complete & report on all performance-related requirements, monthly performance results, quarterly KPI/SLA scorecard results, survey results, business metric results, etc – with an emphasis on identifying trends in data and risk.
Serve as reporting expert, utilizing JLL’s suite of dashboards and reporting.
Connect with JLL BI partners to make enhancements or to provide feedback on what is/is not working.
Oversee and implement JLL’s Quality Management System.
Support current account innovation programs to advance our operating model in positive ways that align with the overall team, account, and client goals.

Desired experience and technical skills
Required
Work directly with the Account Director to translate client business objectives into an integrated account business plan and drive the performance, business intelligence, and governance processes.
Responsible for the account’s information management and business intelligence strategy and data visualization/tools for each service line to ensure all contract milestones are met.
Promote and enable the import and export of operational and data/BI best practices to/from JLL and link the account to emerging practices across the industry.
Support the Account Director to ensure timely preparation of required client reports, Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Reports, etc.
Support the contract change request process (TBD).
Work cross-functionally to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Manage the account SharePoint site; establish governance for maintaining accurate site content.
Act as Program Manager for new site transitions and manage the transition plan to meet client expectations, working with the assigned account SMEs and the respective supplier partners to deliver agreed IFM services.
Manage/develop a transition technology tool that ensures milestone activities and risks are easily identifiable and meeting agreed targets.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (5+ years)
Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Strong leadership skills around cross-functional collaboration, influence, communication, and writing.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues proactively and formulating solutions and contingency plans.
Process Management experience or demonstrated skills – results driven – the ability to analyze, act, and implement to ensure we achieve desired results.
Client relationship management.
IFM operations experience in soft and/or hard services management.
