Job Description

Job Title: People and Talent

Salary: $75K-$90K

Location: Coconut Creek (role is onsite)

Start: ASAP


Position Responsibilities:

  • Development of initiatives with intentional consideration of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
  • Develop and oversee Talent Management initiatives such as a talent review, leadership development, career programs, succession planning, and learning and development
  • Development of programs for mentorship
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with senior business leaders, and serve as subject matter expert supporting all talent management and learning requirements
  • Using data-driven methods to evaluate the effectiveness of Talent Management programs and provide insights into workforce needs for future success.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
  • Ensuring programs are scalable to meet the needs of a rapidly growing company
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements

Desired Work and Educational Experience:

  • Ability to work in office is required for this role
  • Ability to motivate and coach others
  • Dynamic and engaging presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Developing program measurement processes and reports that demonstrate a clear connection between program objectives, outcomes, and business impact
  • Identification and management of learning technology and related vendors
  • Must be self-motivated and organized with a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Demonstrated success overseeing and directing Talent Management system (e.g., LMS, CMS, HRIS) implementation, migration, integration, and administration
  • Demonstrated commitment to DEI
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in related fields in Talent Management, succession planning, and Learning and Development
  • Exceptional change management and continuous process improvement skills
  • Ability to collaborate, build and maintain strong, trusted relationships and influence as appropriate
