- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees are trained on safety, good manufacturing practices, and quality and food safety standards.
- Manage the performance review process and provide coaching and feedback to employees to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to ensure that our workforce is motivated and engaged.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and good manufacturing practices, including OSHA and GMP requirements.
- Foster a culture of employee engagement and leadership by creating opportunities for employee feedback, recognition, and development.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that our workforce is aligned with our business objectives and that we are delivering high-quality products and services.
- Manage the hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions.
- Ensure compliance with GFSI standards and other quality and food safety requirements.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and good manufacturing practices, including OSHA and GMP requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, or a related field.
- Experience with people engagement and leadership.
- Experience with quality and food safety standards, including GFSI, is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
