Job Responsibilities:

Assures consistent quality of high mix low volume production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practices, validating processes, and assist in providing documentation associated with the quality management system.

Job Duties:

• Assure quality and material flow to next operating station.
• Execute assembly of the mechanical components according to the work instructions.
• Meet quality assurance objectives .
• Follow quality assurance plans by monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
• Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by using X Ray inspections to screen out defective parts.
• De-paneling and packing of PCBs
• Complete box build from PCBA level to final product
• Execute testing procedure, which includes connect, and disconnect unit from the test equipment, scan unit and visually inspect specific criteria.
• Label and scan the units according to work instructions.
