Job Duties :
Required state audit certifications up to date
Elimination of micro / sanitation problems / issues
Ensure all lines and all processes are validated
Adherence to Micro Sampling Plan and MSR
Safety KPIs - Quality KPIs
Sensory Participation
Monthly safety / quality training completion
All micro testing equipment (ex UV sterilizer, autoclave, incubators, microscope, balance, plating assembly)
All QC testing equipment - Infinity
Access, Word and Excel - Micro-web Teamrooms
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
Good organizational skills
Microbiological methodology and knowledge
Exceptional micro data analysis skills
Microplating Experience
Ability to determine corrective actions based on micro data analysis
Great decision making skills
Teamwork
Ability to prioritize
Effective Communication
Understanding the microbiological testing analysis.
Microbiological methodology and knowledge
Understanding of GLP and Lab Safety
Understanding of Standard Methods
Understanding of basic manufacturing process
Troubleshooting skills
