Job Description

Overview:

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:


  • Time collection and audit for weekly payroll process
  • Production of weekly labor reports, personnel change reports and other management reports as requested
  • Handle employment verifications, garnishments, IRS levies, and other miscellaneous compliance issues
  • Payroll tax deposits and reconciliations
  • Coordinate and produce weekly Payroll reports
  • Processing of multi-state weekly payroll, check printing, reconciliation and distribution


Qualifications:


  • Experience with Timberline payroll preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • One to three years of related payroll and/or accounting experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with staff throughout the Company.
  • Outstanding team player with good interpersonal skills

  • Dedicated and hard working.

  • Must be able to work as part of a team in an efficient and effective manner.
