Payroll Manager Jobs

We are hiring immediately for a Payroll Manager here in Irvine, CA to lead Payroll efforts at the company The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. While remote, the person does have to be in SoCal. Also, please note, this position starts contract then will go direct hire after an interim period.

As the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Perform monthly payroll for 550+ employees on a bi-weekly basis
• Work with HR/Accounting management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

You should also have the following experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Management, HR or similar would be nice but not required.
• 5+ Years experience working Payroll
• EXCELLENT Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
