• Prepare salary memos for international assignees
• Audit data for accuracy, including new hires/terminations, address changes, cost center changes, and manager changes
• Process payment requests using the PEGA system and issue invoices to subsidiaries
• Assist the Payroll Team with tasks such as reviewing time sheets and PTO request transactions and preparing data on labor cost when requested
• Assist in data collection for payroll and submit payroll reports
