As a Clinical Services Delivery Specialist (CSDC) you will expertly lead the clinical delivery of HPM (Hospital Patient Monitoring) solutions with customers as in the Greater Charlotte area.

Your role:

• Ensure Philips customers and employees receive consistent, streamlined learning services by using common company style, standards in the delivery of learning services & solutions. Takes a leadership role in the personal ownership of the learner experience.
• In this role you will consult and partner with sales to deliver effectively on the customer solution. Responsible for leading the overall on-site or remote delivery of clinical services (education, go live support, troubleshooting, system optimization) and on-site third-party resources. Further the customer relationship and partner extensively with CSIC (Clinical Services Implementation Consultant) and CSWC (Clinical Services Workflow Consultants), Technical Consultants, Integration Engineers, etc.
• This position requires overnight travel, estimated to be 75%- that could look like departing your house on Sunday evening for a Monday meeting, and returning Monday or Tuesday, or it could be departing on another day of the week and returning same or different day. There could be weeks requiring travel to multiple hospital sites, all depending on work planned for the week.
• Actively contribute to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning services, education and training courses and material, according to the applicable QMS directives and processes.
• Expertly deliver learning services, solutions, education and/or training (clinical, technical, operational, or strategic) and provide the highest-level customer experience possible in any learning environment (physical or digital).
• May be responsible for developing and/or reviewing course material, all consistent with adult learning theory for delivery, using interactive tools to keep learners engaged.

• You have experience delivering education in a formal classroom setting and preferably virtually/remotely as well, and a solid understanding of Adult learning principles and concepts. You are passionate about education delivery!
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.
• You must be able to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests.
• You preferable have previous experience with Philips Patient Monitoring products.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related science with a focus on education such as Nurse Educator, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Instructor, etc. and more than 5 years of related clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. You also possess a current nursing license. Active CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer Plus) and VCTT+ (Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus) certification are preferred.
• You are experienced and skilled with consulting and negotiation.
• You’re a road warrior and are comfortable with travel overnight 75% of the time.
