Job Description

Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention.

Pay range:

$18.32 - $27.48

Provide service excellence to patients by obtaining meal orders from patients and family members in an efficient and timely manner. Verifies that meal orders meet diet order parameters. Coordinates Patient Dining Center processes with Kitchen, Tray Assembly team, and Room Service Attendants/Hospitality Representatives

Part Time, 30 hours per week

Day Shift

Weekends Required

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • One-year hospital Dining Services or Nutrition Services experience preferred. Six months receptionist or call center experience preferred.
  • Current Health Card Permit Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English required
  • Prior computer experience required.
  • Basic knowledge of modified diets preferred.
