We are looking for a Part-Time UX Researcher to join our team and help us enhance the user experience of our products and services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about user-centered design, familiar with blockchain technology, and fluent in English. Interest or passion in the growth of the web3 space is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct user research studies using various methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.

- Analyze user feedback and data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop user personas, user journeys, and other research deliverables to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure that user feedback is incorporated into the design and development process.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the user experience of the API3 ecosystem and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), UX design, psychology, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in a technology or startup environment.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Experience with user research tools and techniques such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics to gather and analyze quantitative data on user behavior and engagement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

- Interest or passion in the growth of the web3 space is a bonus
