Part-Time Timekeeping Clerk Jobs

Under the direction of the Billing Manager, the Timekeeping Clerk serves in the capacity to assist with various timekeeping functions. Specifically, the individual shall assist timekeepers with data entry. The individual is required to be detailed oriented, proficient with basic math and be familiar with computerized accounting applications and MS-Office applications.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Review time entries provided by timekeepers for consistency and accuracy
• Ensure time entries are consistent with firm and client time policies
• Perform basic math in splitting time entries to various client matters
• Data entry using Aderant Expert Time

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• High School Diploma / Associates Degree
• Detailed oriented with numbers and accurate with data entry
• Ability to work independently
• Working knowledge of electronic mail systems
• Familiar with computerized accounting applications
• Solid organizational abilities
• Thorough knowledge spreadsheet applications
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
