Front Of House Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced, passionate, & loyal manager to join our growing & inspired cookery. Candidate must be willing to manage shifts open to close (2pm - 12am), and fill in as server, host, or runner, as needed. This is an assistant management position who will report to the owner, general manager and executive chef, along with working with our growing management team at Kindred Fare.

• Strong organizational & prioritization skills
• Full-time or part-time availability & willingness to be flexible with our team as needed
• Be a professional: remain composed - you are at the center of the restaurant and “on stage” at all times
• To maintain a clean and organized facility
• Understanding of food & beverage
• To stay current & creative with hospitality trends
• Effective communication & team work - you need to be able to work with all service staff while communicating with the kitchen and guests
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in a high-volume setting preferred
• Computer & technology skills
