We are looking for a partnerships manager to grow and manage our partner ecosystem. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in managing strategic partnerships and growing sales revenue from partnerships.

Recruit CRM is a fully remote SaaS (Software As A Service) company. We have dual headquarters in NewJersey (USA) and Pune (India). With a customer base across 100+ countries, we are growing 180% YoY. Our current ARR is $3 million and we are all set to hit $12 million in the next 24 months.
Our software is the most trusted ATS + CRM for recruiters globally and we have been recognised as the frontrunner in the recruitment agency software category by GetApp and Software Advice.
Where we are headed:
We have plans to diversify our product offerings & move to enterprise model & thus are ramping up our teams both in India & International Geos. As of now we have 100 + team members & plan to be 150+ by Mar’ 23.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
- Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
Outreach and Partnerships Manager requirements and qualifications:
- Attention to detail.
- Graduate/ post graduate in Marketing, Sales, Communication or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Networking aptitude
- Great multitasking skills
- Previous working experience as a Partnerships Manager for 2+ years
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
