The Manager of Partner Success will build and maintain healthy relationships with current and potential partnership sites, establishing trust by demonstrating reliability and understanding the needs of our partner communities. The focus of this position is to ensure positive partner and provider experiences and to optimize the strategic value of each relationship. The role requires strong relationship awareness and excellent communication both externally and cross-functionally within IHC. While most of the team is based in Nashville, TN we are willing to consider the right candidates based in other locations as the role requires travel to partner sites across the US.
Role Responsibilities:
Partnership Success
· Build and maintain strategic relationships with current and future partnerships
· Manage partner relationship at executive level
· Report against partner success metrics (e.g. patient volume, no-show rate, quality outcomes)
Involvement with IHC team through the life cycle of the partnership
· Business Development: work with Business Development during proposal phase
· Implementation: work with Director of Implementation Operations and Director of Provider Relations on partnership staffing needs
· Community Outreach: work with VP of Partner Success and key contacts at partner sites on community outreach needs

Qualifications/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 5+ years’ experience, preferably in healthcare
· Experience managing and navigating complex relationship structures
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office products
· Some travel to partner sites required
