We are seeking a talented and motivated associate to join the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Digital Direct team. Our team defines and drives the online and mobile experiences for Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE clients. In the Associate role, you will contribute to the creation and on-going success of the latest digital solutions for our clients.

In this role you will focus on some of our key customer experiences including:

• Account creation funnel to maximize lead conversion
• Profile management of contact and KYC (Know Your Customer) information,
• Account preferences including various trading, display, and personalization settings
• Customer service pages to support customer inquiries, messages, and status updates

Responsibilities

• Find, suggest, and implement process improvements for how the product team and larger squad operate
• Track open items to completion by highlighting attention areas
• Conduct demonstrations of the product features and communicate how it works with competency
• Represent the squad in forums with stakeholders
• Create materials for meetings including presentations and minutes.
• Support the Product Owner in creating and refining requirements for development for both E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley web and mobile platforms.

Expected base pay for the role will be between 60k to 110k at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital web or mobile projects
• Preferred: Finance industry experience, particularly investments
• Must be curious, able to articulate complicated concepts, and willing to learn technical details
• Preferred: Agile development experience in a product or analyst role
