About Us
Nouvel Age Media is looking to hire a paid advertising specialist / paid media specialist who will be working closely with our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and more across both B2B and B2C business.
Description
As the paid advertising / paid media specialists you will be responsible for creating and optimizing paid media channels to support our client’s business and marketing goals.
We are looking for an individual that can help run end-to-end paid media initiatives, from conception, strategy, implementation, execution, optimizing and reporting. You will work closely with our team and clients to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for brands.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in paid media buying / paid advertising. Prior work experience in social media, email, content marketingis a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.
Accountabilities
- Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
- Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
- Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
- Managing and optimizing marketing paid advertising / paid media channels.
- Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
- Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents.
- Developing and managing paid media campaigns.
- Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
- Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids for clients and management.
- Graphic design in Canva, or Adobe Suite.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, clients, and partners on marketing strategy.
- Conducting competitor research and analyses.
- General office and administrative duties.
- Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers, and clients customers through appropriate paid media channels
- Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
- Creating and managing a content calendar and scheduling deadlines
- Providing administrative support to the marketing team.
- Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
- Understanding company products, brands, and client accounts.
- Implementing and managing marketing distribution/production/operations calendar and meeting deadlines.
- Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
- Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
- Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
- Creating and interpreting a variety of paid media/paid advertising reports.
- Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Copywriting
- Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
Requirements
Nouvel Age Media needs a highly experienced, professional, and talented marketer with data-driven results to optimize ROI across the company’s marketing channels:

- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- 3+ years of related experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment.

- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
- A portfolio, case studies, or proof of experience.
- Good organizational skills.
