DIFF Charitable Eyewear is seeking a Paid Social Media Buyer. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for the execution and optimization of all campaigns across a variety of paid media channels for our Dime Optics brand as well as our DIFF Eyewear Optical products. The successful candidates will have a passion for social media, and experience scaling campaigns across all major publishers (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat, Twitter). About you

·Direct, hands-on paid social campaign execution for retail e-commerce companies (or clients if at an agency) with purchase goals measured through ROAS and CAC

·3-5 years of hands-on experience as a media buyer executing across Paid Social Channels with an emphasis on Meta

·Deep knowledge of & mastery of paid social platforms

·Gets excited about the idea of building a program from the ground-up

·Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills

·Strong understanding of paid social campaign management technology and structure

·Working knowledge of advertising funnels, custom conversions, custom audiences, pixels, offline events, retargeting, a/b testing, brand & conversion lift studies, and all functions of advanced digital advertising efforts

·Willing to work as a team and put the team first

·High performance growth mindset and a positive attitude

·Experience working in an agency managing social campaigns preferred


What you’ll do

·Manage paid media campaigns end-to-end, inclusive of planning, hands-on platform execution, daily optimization and reporting, across key digital marketing channels like Meta, Tiktok and others

·Own the media buying, execution and optimization of paid campaigns across multiple channels

·Be a day trader!Optimize campaigns on a daily basis based on performance and ROAS targets and suggest creative changes when needed

·Collaborate with the brand marketing to run paid white-listed campaigns for our vast network of influencers across Meta and Tiktok

·Collaborate with Creative to produce top-performing ads and brainstorm new testing concepts

·Maintain a campaign QA process to ensure accurate performance tracking and attribution within the channel

·Identify campaign-level opportunities to improve or scale performance

·Plan and manage allocated campaigns and their respective budgets, and implement new initiatives that exceed business KPIs

·Communicate key findings to both the creative team and other channel managers to share insights that could lead to cross-functional optimization

·Deliver weekly and monthly reports to company leadership, verify data accuracy and provide analyses

·Continually test and learn across audiences, bidding strategies, creative, and channel-specific tactics and report out material findings


Here are a few other things we will need you to have:

·Bachelors’ degree in related area preferred

·3-5 years’ experience in paid social, digital marketing or related field

·Google Analytics required; GA4 and Northbeam experience preferred

·Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to manage day-to-day details

·Creative thinker with strong organizational, communication, leadership and presentation skills

·Ability to establish and build effective working relationships

·Ability to work independently and with a team

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package.
