🎨 As a Senior Media Buyer (Google), you'll work on the cutting edge of growth marketing. You will be fully responsible for the success of the campaigns you run and you will have all the resources you need to drive great results for clients.

🤝 The Work
- Comprehensive research on newly onboarded brands. Including competitor research, customer review analysis, past ad data, creative assets and much more
- Prepare weekly reports showcasing ad performance and share insights on current and future tests
- Analyse and optimize spending around client needs, focusing on data-driven tactics
- Communication with the internal team on account performance and when you need support
- (If needed) Assist with new business ad account audits, pitches, and proposals
- Develop strong partner relationships by leading client meetings; possess senior-level communication skills including, leading a room, steering a difficult conversation, and picking up on and adapting to client sentiment
- Prepare meeting agendas prior to client check-in calls to share insights on current performance, what’s going well / what’s not going well and our plan of action
- Track goals and objectives, while hitting KPIs
- Stay ahead of the curve on new strategies, advertising and industry trends and provide updates to the team
- Interpret data from creative performance to guide decision making
- Build, manage and scale Google campaigns for clients, incorporating nuanced strategy
- Regularly provide guidance to clients on new creative needed

- Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills
- Managed Google Ad campaigns for e-commerce brands in excess of $100k per month
- Must be able to manage circa 5-10 accounts (depending on account spend).
