Overnight Customer Services Representative

Planet Fitness is looking for energetic, enthusiastic Overnight Member Service Representatives that are passionate about health & fitness to join our amazing team. We have multiple hourly Overnight Member Service Representative positions open! These include part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible work schedules.

Starting pay is $12.25/hour, with a 3-month increase to $12.75/hour, based on performance eligibility, plus an extra dollar shift premium overnight.

Essential Overnight Member Service Representative duties:

• Giving new member tours and signing them up
• Completing member check-ins
• Cleaning throughout the facility (Bathrooms/Locker Rooms/Black Card Area/Workout Area)
• Answering member questions (in person or over the phone)

Physical Requirements for Overnight Member Service Representatives:

• Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift.
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.
• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 50 pounds.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals.
