We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team Join our growing team as a Sales Representative at Rebel Rabbit! We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced candidate to help build and maintain strong partnerships with Distributors and Retailers. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in beverage and distributor sales, is adaptable, quick to learn new processes and tools, and thrives in a startup environment. As a Sales Representative, you will:

  • Collaborate with sales managers for streamlined communication and coordination.
  • Communicate promotional programs and activities effectively to distributor partners for successful trade execution.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers for chain accounts.
  • Implement sales strategies to dominate the cannabis beverage category in key markets.
  • Conduct 8-15 sales calls per day, depending on geography and initiatives, to drive results.
  • Keep the sales team informed of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions for ongoing education.
  • Optimize distribution channels and secure high-value retail space through effective marketplace execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and retailers to expand Rebel Rabbit’s portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance retailer support and engagement with distributor partners.
  • Train and support distributor sales teams in executing the Rebel Rabbit portfolio.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent in Business or Sales Marketing

    • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience within the Beverage and Distributor Sales Environment

    • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools

    • Thrives in a dynamic startup environment

    • A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives

    • Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment

    • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

    • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Collaborative, open, flexible

    • Successful track record of driving sales within a high-growth environment

    • Experience selling in diverse sales channels/environments

    • Excellent negotiator and influencer

    • Curious, innovative, owner mentality

    • Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal

    • Experience with excellent in-store selling standards

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint), Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
