Outpatient Rep - Wound Care Ctr - Mullica Hill- 8A-4:30P- Full Time

MAJOR FUNCTION:
Performs new patient intake/registration process and prepares patient billing. Maintains patient
charts forWound Care
Center. Prepares forms/requisitions. Maintains office supplies and
specific unit records as required by JCAHO, federal and state standards. Performs a variety of
secretarial and administrative duties. Communicates effectively with patients, staff, ancillary
services and visitors.
QUALIFICATION:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Post High School Vocational/Specialized training preferred.
Experience:
Computer skills and medical terminology required. Two to three years experience in office or a
health care setting preferred. Strong organizational skills required. Ability to communicate
effectively and maintain a professional manner in a busy office setting required.
Certification:
CPR Certification required within 3 months of hire
