Title: Mental Health Therapist – LGSW

Shift/FTE: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM 1.0 FTE

Location: Behavioral Health Clinic in Woodbury, MN

We have several providers who can offer support, consultation, and training in a number of clinical areas, including trans and gender diverse therapy and letter writing, PCIT, Play therapy, EMDR, AIR Network, and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. We also cover your licensing dues.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Master's Degree in Social Work

Licensure: Provisionally licensed in the state of Minnesota as an LGSW to practice under supervision of an independently licensed professional.

Duties: Mental Health Therapists provide a broad range of behavioral health services to HealthPartners patients with primary behavioral health problems. Services provided include assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, behavioral health education, crisis intervention and emergency services. Participate as a member of an interdependent, interdisciplinary group practice in development and improvement of behavioral health services.
