Job Description

Specific Clinical Therapist Duties

  • Participating on multidisciplinary teams to present cases for proper treatment
  • Attending monthly in-service trainings, and weekly case reviews
  • Documenting and reporting to referral providers
  • Facilitating client access to care
  • Facilitating crisis intervention care

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of emotional disturbances, mental health diagnosis, and a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches
  • Master's level degree and Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT),Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Psychologists (Licensed Psychologists)
  • Work-related experience (or internship experience) in private practice, individual, family and group therapy as well as psychosocial assessment preferred
  • Dependable, organized with efficient time management skills
